Tips and tricks for making the best sandwiches at home.
What do the chefs at Rosemary's, Joe & Misses Doe, and the Brindle Room have in common? They love their sandwiches.
In the video series aptly titled Make Me a Sandwich, Roberto Serrini goes into chefs kitchens with a simple request: make a sandwich you love. The results include Rosemary's Wade Moses with a spicy sausage, greens, cheese, and pesto number that he sometimes makes before service, or Joe Doe's Joe Dobias's Cubano amped up with prosciutto. There's even a spicy peanut butter and falafel sandwich that...oddly doesn't sound like such a bad idea.
Of course there's plenty of sandwich porn involved. Check out some videos below and see more on Serrini's Vimeo page.
