Yuvaraaj launched Mysttik Masaala in the memory of his son Rishi, who died last year.
"He always loved to feed people, so this seemed like the best way to keep his memory alive."

Inside the cart
Mysttik Masaala is usually staffed with two to three people, but on this visit, Yuvaraaj was working alone.
Steamed momos represent some of the Himalayan offerings on the menu.
They get a heavy squirt of two spicy sauces.
The menu changes daily, with both vegetarian and meat options like the Chicken Tikka Masala seen here.
Each platter comes with a main dish, a side order, and rice topped with daal.
Cilantro, raw onions and bright sauces are available as toppings for each meal.
Thick yellow daal, a vegetarian lentil stew, tops the rice on the combination platter.
The combination platter with both Chicken Tikka Masala and Aloo Mutter mains.
