It's similar in concept to the veggie pita, but Marrakesh's Shish Kabob Pita ($7.75) is a notable meaty sandwich in its own right. The hunks of lamb are surprisingly, impressively gamey, charred well but tender medium rare inside.
The pita comes with two additions; hummus and babaganoush are our picks, though going with falafel could make for a shish kawafel hybrid worth exploring. No matter how you deck it out, don't miss the order of hot sauce on this one. You'll want it there.
