We love the sweets at Bouchon Bakery, but today we're bypassing the bakery and heading straight to the sit-down Café. Here the Chocolate Soufflé and Profiteroles are classics, but new to the menu is an Olive Oil-Grapefruit Cake ($8.95). The cake is borderline savory, scented with rosemary and layered with housemade grapefruit curd. It is equal parts lush curd and moist cake all topped with gently torched meringue. On the side comes a quenelle of grapefruit sorbet and toasted pine nut crumble. It's yet another wonder to add to our list of crave-worthy olive oil cakes.
