A pile of sliced cheese, avocado, tomatoes, and mixed greens, atop Grandaisy bread, slathered with chipotle mayo makes a satisfying and lightly creamy lunch. The mild cheddar has just a hint of sharpness to make the most of the buttery avocado. It's balanced in every way.
The Avocado at Mudspot
Tomato, queso fresco, arugula, and garlic mayo are all tied together by ripe avocado and smushed between well-toasted slices of sourdough. It's creamy, but still light and refreshing. We really dig the crisp, tangy bread—little shards of crust tuck into the avocado just so.

Maybe it's the spicy chipotle mayo smothered on slices of 7-grain bread along with the creamiest, always fresh avocado; or maybe it's the duo of Vermont sharp cheddar and fresh, juicy tomatoes. But we think it's all that plus the crunchy sprouts and paper-thin red onions. This sandwich is clean, light, and very fresh: a simple, though immensely satisfying combination we could eat every day. Unfortunately, it's only available as a Thursday special.

This toast hosts a bounty of avocado. I'm pretty sure this sandwich had an entire avocado on it, possibly even more. In a sandwich like this, the ripeness of the avocado makes or breaks the meal, and this one was at its peak.
Crunchy Earth at Savory
No skimping on the avocado here, with buttery cuts tucked between the lettuce and top slice of bread. The hummus is made in-house and slathered on the bottom half with carrots, roasted red peppers, tomatoes, and Sicillian onions.
