You'll find the Yeti ($3.75) tucked in the same row as croissants and brioche at Bien Cuit in Cobble Hill. It's made with a buttery danish dough base baked deep golden with, the pointy corners almost burnt. See that dollop of mascarpone in the center? Smear it all around and make sure you get a bit in each bite. It's mascarpone whipped with aleppo pepper for an unmistakable robust, sweet heat, and it's topped off with crunchy bits of cacao nibs. If you're feeling extra indulgent, pair it with Bien Cuit's Bourbon-Infused Cocoa or the Hot White Chocolate accented with orange blossom water.
