This weekend, New Jersey's Crystal Springs resort hosted a benefit for the James Beard and Bocuse D'Or Foundations. The benefit featured a a grand tasting party with bites from Per Se, Osteria Morini, Maialino, and more—with everything from salmon tartar to homemade rhubarb dippin' dots.
I arrived early and was also able to catch an event on classic cocktails, a tasting that paired Valrhona chocolates with wine, and a tour of the resort's incredible wine cellar, which houses over 135,000 bottles (some over 100 years old).
