Fries with Eyes ($7)
"This just makes me want to get my drink on," said Chef Farmerie about these crispy fried whitebait, served with fried parsley and creamy tartar sauce.
Pimm's Cup ($12)
Cocktail director Naren Young says the daily menu always has one light aperitif: "something not too alcoholic, not too heavy." This Pimm's Cup features Pimm's, lemon, Fever Tree ginger beer, berries, pomegranate seeds, and thinly sliced cucumbers.
Fried Oysters (6 for $18, 12 for $32)
As a surprise bonus, these tempura-battered West Coast oysters are served with a plate full of fried kale, peppers, cherry tomatoes, and lemon slices, plus Sriracha mayonnaise for dipping.
Pig's Head Banh Mi ($12)
We asked Chef Farmerie what inspired this sandwich, and he had only one word to answer: "Love."
The sandwich is stuffed with carrot and daikon pickles, housemade head cheese, rillettes, crispy pork belly, chicharrónes, and pig's ear.
Clover Club ($14)
This tart and creamy rendition of the classic brings together Beefeater gin with housemade raspberry syrup, lemon, and egg white. More fresh fruit will sneak onto the menu as the weather warms, said Young.
Chile Crackerjack ($6)
Lightly sweet popcorn with a bit of aleppo pepper kick.
