Their flawless potato chips, which are served alongside their superior sandwiches, are also available in a generous portion for $3. Three flavors are available: Sour Cream & Onion, Malt Vinegar & Sea Salt, and Chili-Mango. We opted for the last.
The chips are near perfect: crisp but not overcooked, and far from greasy. The coating, a mix of mild chile powder and ground dried mango (perhaps amchoor), is spicy, sweet, tangy, and salty at once—much like traditional barbecue-flavored chips. But way better.
