The newly opened pastry shop by Dominique Ansel has quickly become one of our favorite places to grab pastries and lunch. Once you've started the morning with a DKA (Dominique's Kouign Amann) and a cup of coffee, it's hard to go back.
We got the chance to spend the morning with Dominique Ansel as he meticulously worked on that morning's pastries with the rest of his team.
