From Inaki Aizpitarte (Le Chateaubriand) and James Murphy (LCD Soundsystem). The best bite of the night--seared beef with a crunchy dressing including fresh chives and coriander seeds.
"Warning: Tastes Like Chicken" Tofu (L) and Sock-It-To-Fried Chicken (R)
From Dante Gonzales (Dante Fried Chicken) and Muhsinah. Both the fried tofu and fried chicken were exceptionally crunchy and moist. Overheard: Wylie Dufresne praising the texture of the fried tofu. It was that good.
Service with a smile
James Murphy (LCD Soundsystem) has found his true calling. He and Wylie chatted several times throughout the night, as they're both fans of each other's work.
