Thin classic wheat and white crackers by Wisconsin-based Potter's Crackers are frequent accompaniments to my cheese plates, but only recently did I discover the sole sweet flavor in their line-up of eight crackers. It's a Hazelnut Graham Cracker, made with toasted and crushed hazelnuts, plenty of butter for a wicked crunch and a light, sugar-dusted surface. It's the ideal not-too-sweet sweet, a crisp afternoon pick-up with that cup of coffee. Or even better, a midnight snack topped with a spoonful of ricotta and honey.
