Behind The Scenes At One Girl Cookies
Since they opened in 2005, One Girl Cookies has sold made-from-scratch baked goods to their Boerum Hill neighborhood and beyond. Recently the owners of One Girl Cookies, Dawn and Dave, let me into the kitchen of their Brooklyn shop. Dawn told me they're in the kitchen baking pretty much all day long—making cookies, baking cupcakes, baking cakes (vanilla, chocolate, and red velvet) and crafting their famous whoopie pies.
