Think about a sandwich with spicy grilled chicken, a few perky leaves of cilantro, and tiny slivers of red onion. Then, think about a totally different sandwich inspired by one of those Super Bowl-style refried bean dips, with very beany black bean hummus and a layer of cheddar cheese.
