The Moroccan Chicken ($9) at Beans & Vines in Inwood is the kind of sandwich that never leads to disappointment. Essentially a variation of a curry chicken salad sandwich with Roma tomatoes and baby greens, the cubed chicken is juicy with the right amount of curry-flavored mayonnaise; the layer of sliced tomatoes add acidity. While multi-grain wouldn't be my first bread choice, I don't get the sandwich because of the bread. I love the sandwich for the raisins that surprise me in their sweetness as I savor the curry.
