"This is French onion soup in a chicken sandwich," murmured Maggie, as we cut into the Grilled Chicken ($7.95) with Gruyere, caramelized onion, and creamy sweet honey mustard dressing. Everything present at this sandwich's roll call is sweet: there's nutty-sweet Gruyere, caramelized-sweet onion strips, and quite a bit (maybe a bit too much) spicy-sweet mustard. Despite being sandwiched in with such attention-grabbing condiments, the chicken is tender and moist—the unlikely hero of the sandwich.
