When Ed reviewed the cheery Eggs Travaganza cart on 52nd Street and Park back in 2009, it was still only out for breakfast; now, they're on the street for lunch, too. We'd point you to the Grilled Cheese with Chorizo and Bacon ($5), on griddled-up multi-grain bread. Chorizo and bacon? It may sound like overkill, but when you take a crazy-buttery bite with melty cheese, crunchy nubs of chorizo, and crisp-tender bacon, you won't mind in the slightest.
