At Stand, the Grilled Shrimp Po-Boy ($12) sounds as if it's leaning towards the light side of things, but coming from a restaurant famous for its toasted marshmallow milkshake, this is very much not the case. The curled shrimp are placed on a fluffy brioche hamburger bun, soused in a spicy chipotle sauce, and buried under a colorful cabbage slaw. The coleslaw may have been my favorite part of this plump little po-burger: crunchy with white and red cabbage, it also contained sweet strips of julienned apples that made me want to eat it by the forkful. A po' boy this is not, but a tasty sandwich? Absolutely.
