Sullivan Street Bakery's ciabatta serves as the base for an excellent Ploughman's Sandwich ($7) at Saxelby Cheesemongers. Two bold, filling ingredients are all you need to complete this sandwich. First, a two-year cheddar from Shelburne Farms in Vermont, generous slices of the bold, sharp, and crumbly cheese. Second, Spicy Green Tomato Chutney from Brooklyn-based Sweet Deliverance. The chutney is slathered on the top half of the ciabatta, and they're not kidding when they say spicy—it's not for the faint of heart. With three quality components, it's a minimalist sandwich of complementary flavors. Made to order, tightly wrapped in wax paper, it's perfect for an on-the-go meal.
