Market Scene: Union Square Greenmarket
Snapshots from the farmers market.
All summer I was afraid that I wasn't going to eat enough fresh produce and then, come September, there wouldn't be anything at the market but parsnips and shallots (no offense, parsnip enthusiasts). What was I thinking? It's early fall at the market and I feel like a kid in a candy store. Fall produce is coming in, and the summer standouts are, for the most part, still around.
