Cheese lovers will be happy to note that Lamazou's Smart Duck sandwich uses a thick slice of real brie. The hearty bread—one of the deli's many strengths—cradles thin slices of duck which melt upon first bite into the buttery brie, the richness cut with the crisp snap of pickle. With only three ingredients, the sandwich manages to milk each for maximum effect: the duck is smoked to a still-pink finish, the brie still has its delicious rind attached, and the bread is top notch.
