Yesterday we told you about our giveaway to the NYC Food Film Festival's Brad Farmerie's Southeast Asian Street Food Market event (you still have until noon to enter). Today we have another pair of tickets to give away, this time to It's Grits!
Not only might this be the best-named event at the five-day food film festival, and the only one with an "!", but it's also your chance to eat 30 different grit dishes from New York City chefs, and watch It's Grits! of course. The 45-minute black-and-white film was made over thirty years ago by South Carolinian director Stan Woodward, but has been digitally remastered.
The event is at noon on Sunday, June 27th at the Tobacco Warehouse in Dumbo. Tickets are $35 when ordered online, and $45 at the door. We're giving away a pair here to one randomly selected lucky winner.
Just tell us about your favorite way to eat grits. With butter? Bacon? Syrup-drenched? All of the above? The contest ends on Thursday, June 24 at noon.
