Chicken and anchovies: a combination we can get behind. This warm roast organic chicken from Five Leaves in Greenpoint ($11) isn't exciting on its own, but add a smash of anchovy, the nutty tang of Parmesan, and chipotle mayo and it makes one hell of a sandwich. It's the anchovy and Parmesan you taste most; the chipotle adds just a little background heat.
