Roast pork—fatty and crispy-edged, if not particularly porky, and plenty well-salted. Sliced ham, griddle-heated along with the pork before it's slapped on the roll. Lots of pickles; a crusty, fresh roll. It's nothing you haven't eaten before, but for $6.50, the Cuban sandwich at Milanes is a tasty, satisfying lunch.
