In Food Curated's latest video, documentarian Liza de Guia (who we just got to know even better in yesterday's Meet and Eat) takes us to a small duck farm in Modena, New York (80 miles outside the city) where John Fazio raises the quackers for restaurants that care about sourcing from sustainable farms. The ducks get plenty of fresh water, all-natural and antibiotic-free pellets, and room to mosey around. Shoot, if I was a duck, I'd want to be on John Fazio's farm (minus the restaurant part after, of course). Watch the video, after the jump.
