This Little Piggy Had Roast Beef

"Keep it simple" is a refrain voiced again and again by cooks and restaurateurs alike. But having the discipline to actually do so is another matter. Before you know it, narrowly defined concepts can spill out of control, with extraneous menu items diluting the original intent. That has not been a problem with Artichoke Pizza, with only four menu items and I don't think it will be a problem at This Little Piggy—brought to you by Francis Garcia and Sal Basille, the owners of Artichoke and Led Zeppole.

A first look through the restaurant and menu offerings, in the slideshow above.
