After munching my way though all three versions of granola by Early Bird Foods & Co., the original "Farmhand's Choice" still remains my favorite. There are oats, and toasted coconut, plenty of pepitas and sunflower seeds along with pecans. Maple syrup to sweeten. But it is the combined use of olive oil and a healthy helping of salt which give this extra oomph—that memorable touch. Awesome with Greek yogurt in the morning, and even better by the handful throughout the day.
The granola also comes in the Aloha Recipe version which includes mango and macadamia nuts, as well as a Jubilee Recipe employing cherry and pistachios.
