Video: Reinventing the Perfect Cupcake: Kumquat Cupcakery's Bite-Sized Treats

About two years ago, Keavy Landreth sought out to change and improve the look and taste of the cupcake. Although her recipe is a secret, she says the ingredients are basic, but their atypical ratios result in cupcakes that are especially moist and dense. Documentarian Liza de Guia shows us what happens in the Kumquat Cupcakery kitchen in her latest video from Food Curated, after the jump.
