Best known for her pretzel-covered sea-salted caramel, Rachel over at Bespoke Chocolates (whom Laren interviewed today!) also turns out Pretzel Bark ($4.75/package). The bark is like the exterior of the truffle, minus the caramel. It couples crushed Martin's Pretzels and dark chocolate into one brittle crisp mass. I like keeping this handy in my purse to bribe co-workers for the occasional needed favor—you just never know!
