Sugar Rush: Green Tea and Sesame Ice Cream at Sundaes & Cones

My favorite ice cream combination at Sundaes and Cones in the East Village. They only allow one flavor per scoop, so you'll need a double scoop for two flavors. On the left is black sesame, dense and gritty, with ground black sesame seeds. Your teeth are bound to be speckled in black after a few spoonfuls. To counter, a mild scoop of green tea, just as dense, smooth through and through. Be warned—a double scoop will leave you very full.
