The same gingerbread base is featured in the cupcake, which gets a sticky moist exterior and tender, aggressively spiced crumbs. Cream cheese frosting to finish—smooth and velvety, tasting more of cream cheese than sugar, and topped with bits of caramelized ginger. I'm starting to think that there is nothing I don't love from this bakery.
