Basque Cider Festival
Thursday, April 2, 5:30 to 11:30 p.m. Paying respect to Basque cider festivals and cider houses (sidrerías), Flatbush Farm's Bar(n) will serve imported Sarasola cider and traditional foods such as salt-cod omelettes, Basque peppers, grilled steak, and unpasteurized Idiazábal cheese. Following tradition, the cider bottles will be poured from high above the head into a glass just below waist level to pick up some natural bubble action. Free admission.
