Cassoulet Cook-Off and Greenmarket Fundraiser

Winter Restaurant Week Begins

Zagat Presents the Vintage Dinner Series at La Picholine
Wednesday, January 21 Since we don't all have a DeLorean to time travel, some New York chefs are doing it for us. Until March, the Vintage Dinner Series will feature 19th century-inspired menus by the city's best chefs. Up next, Chef Terrance Brennan of Picholine, whose antiquarian line-up includes: oxtail in gelee, root vegetable crudite and black truffles, lobster Americaine, leeks “carbonara” whole steamship round of beef, twice-cooked potato and bearnaise sabayon, baked Alaskan, flambéed tableside.
