The $19 Mexican breakfast skillet combination at Shopsin's: three Hatch green chile egg sliders, fried hash browns, three smushed-up fried plantains, and three pancakes with lots of shredded coconut and Vermont maple syrup on top. All served in a skillet. Because everything tastes better in its original home (kind of like drinking a malt from the stainless steel cup). $19 is still steep, but think of how many meals it's worth.
