When I think of delivery options in New York, I round up the usual suspects: pizza, Chinese, and maybe the occasional foray into Indian or Japanese food. There's a new restaurant row in town, and it's in a most unlikely location: Twelfth Avenue in the 130s. Tucked among Riverside Park, Talay is a pretty serious Asian-Latin restaurant from the Chef of Kuma Inn.
