With a style all her own, chef April Bloomfield has a knack for opening (with partner Ken Friedman) restaurants that folks just love. Still, a taqueria in Murray Hill sounded more than a little unlikely. We had our reservations, but after a few visits, we're pleased to report that we recommend Salvation Taco wholeheartedly.
