The green features you already know about at the SE Sandwich Festival: the cilantro on the banh mi, the falafel fritters from Taim, and Governors Island's grassy hills of course. Tom Colicchio's sandwich mini-chain 'wichcraft—with locations in New York, San Francisco and Las Vegas—is a reliable go-to for weekday lunches.
