A Sandwich A Day: Popover Café's "Sunshine Cab Co."

The Sunshine Cab Co. at Popover Café ($9.25 + tax) was my favorite sandwich as a kid, and it still holds a top spot on my list. What's not to like, especially when you're stuck in that time of year when lettuce and tomatoes and all other vegetation are unappetizing? Just chicken breast, avocado and bacon, it's a sandwich that goes light on the vegetables and heavy on irresistible fatty goods.
