real poutine, the Canadian dish of cheese curds and gravy over fries. But the
Poutine & Eggs ($11) at Ortine in Prospect Heights is an excellent crock of brunch food: soft fingers of roasted skin-on potatoes doused in mushroom gravy, covered in cheese and eggs, and baked.
