But we loved the Bronx Bomber: insanely moist roast pork with Swiss cheese, barbecue sauce, jalapeño for a bit of heat, and avocado to cool it all down. On hot pressed bread, the components fuse together in a beautiful fatty, tangy union. Such a winner. More
