First Look: Frankies 570

Last week, Frank Falcinelli and Frank Castronovo opened Frankies 570 Spuntino in New York's West Village, the latest outpost of their growing Frankies Spuntino group of restaurants. The menu here echoes the Carroll Gardens original, though there are new dishes and drinks resulting from a larger kitchen and expanded beverage program. Don't look for too many changes, though: the Franks have clearly found a formula that works, and they're working on bringing it to the West Village where they believe it can thrive.
