Danny Meyer isn't wasting any time in his takeover of Battery Park City. This week has seen the opening of two high-profile openings in the environs of North End Avenue—North End Grill of chef Floyd Cardoz, formerly of Tabla, and the second location of Flatiron barbecue spot Blue Smoke. More
