Cochon 555 at the Ritz-Carlton

The touring celebration of all things porcine returns, now in its sixth year. NYChiliFest 2014 at Chelsea Market

Chili is one of those soups for which there is no one way to make it—each bowl is as unique as its creator. Meat Hooked! A Film Screening and Talkback at the Museum of the City of New York

The 2012 documentary film Meat Hooked!, which traces the rise, fall, and recent resurgence of butchers and butchering in New York, will be screened and followed by a conversation between director Suzanne Wasserman, New York Times reporter Julia Moskin, and Joshua Applestone of Fleisher's Grassfed and Organic Meats.
