Who Makes the Best Pasta in NYC?
There's not really a bad time to eat pasta, but something about the increasingly chilly weather has us craving the extra starch.
We have no shortage of favorite pastas in town, from Del Posto's beautiful ravioli and hundred layer lasagne to virtually anything by Michael White to the delicately meaty noodles and dumplings coming out of Perla's kitchen.
Of course we've kept plenty of love for old school red sauce places too, like Park Side's spaghetti with arrabiata or a simple garlic oil and Bianca's beautifully simple spaghetti and lasagne. And who can forget Celeste or Otto or...well, we've gotten ahead of ourselves.
We want to hear from you: who makes the best pasta in town, and what do you get when you go? Sound off in the comments.
