Mushroom Risotto ($13)
The rice is cooked down in stock flavored with powdered porcini mushrooms, and the risotto comes served with a mix of porcini and Japanese beech mushrooms, topped with sherry-dressed arugula and a Parmesan foam.
Flat Top Burger ($17)
A fat patty made with organic Angus beef cooked on the flat top, served on a housemade brioche bun with spicy mayo, arugula, and tomato. It comes with a side of Parmesan-dusted potato wedges.

Airline Chicken Breast ($18)
An herb-roasted chicken breast served with Yukon potato slices, a creamy jalapeño sauce, and brussels sprouts sauteed with prosciutto di Parma.
Coconut Thyme Yuzu Cheesecake ($7)
This dessert was tweaked a few times before arriving in its final form, a coconut, thyme, and yuzu cheesecake topped with mango and a cookie crumble.
