  • Nick was a photographer at Serious Eats who also wrote hamburger and pizza reviews for the site.  
  • He started his food writing career in 2006 when he created the blog Beef Aficionado. He has contributed to Serious Eats, Eater, Eater Austin, Eater New York, Rachael Ray In Season, and TASTE Cooking.  
  • Nick began hosting Eater’s web series The Meat Show in 2015, exploring and reviewing meat dishes from around the world. He launched another carnivore-centric show, Meat Life, on YouTube.
