Hong Kong dim sum in New York? For real. From now until July 7th, you can find some of Hong Kong's best dim sum at the Mandarin Oriental New York. Chefs from the renowned Man Wah in Hong Kong are here in New York to recreate a few treats, and we took a peek behind the scenes with Chef Man Sing Lee to watch dim sum in the making (he's been with Man Wah for 26 years specializing in only dim sum). Click on through to see it all. Now if this were a permanent visit!

Dim sum is served in the Lobby Lounge daily from 12 to 4:30 p.m. Select six items for $48 or eight items for $54. As of today the Mandarin Oriental New York chefs have taken over dim sum duties.
