I'd go back for this dish alone, a sultry stew of tripe with tomatoes, veal cheeks, and sausage.
With favas and radishes, and grilled bread to spread on. Some of the freshest, creamiest, most vibrant stracciatella I've ever encountered.
With spring onions and guanciale.
Suckling Piglet ($29)
Fork-tender meat under a pile of uncommonly crisp skin, with peas, morels, and a pepper mostarda.
Strawberry rhubarb semifreddo ($12)
Preserved and raw strawberries scattered on top, along with a salted oat crumble good enough to eat on its own.
Best feature: floor-to-ceiling windows out onto Sixth Avenue.
