Dessert Club Chikalicious first put Sticky Toffee Pudding ($7.95) on the menu December 2011. It was a loose interpretation of the famous dessert, single-serving rounds complete with crème anglaise. But now it's been revised!

The steamed sponge cake is piping hot and drenched in just enough toffee sauce. It's rich but still with a degree of restraint (unlike the one at John Dory where they go all out). And a bonus: It comes with a side vanilla bean soft-serve...though I sometimes ask for them to substitute with the green tea soft-serve.
