What you see is very much what you get: crisp-tender broccoli, dense wilted spinach, and smoky fresh mozzarella from nearby Joe's. It's all pressed together on thin crisp bread just until the cheese starts to soften. Virtuous-tasting, if not virtuous in actuality.
